    Wellness Consultant

    I have worked In the wellness industry for over 30 years. I am a wellness consultant, an addiction therapist, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and auricular acupuncturist. I am currently the wellness consultant to three major independent tv production companies, and have my own private practice.

    My intuition is key to my developing a personalised plan. As no two people are alike, no two treatments are the same.

  • Fenella Lindsell

    Yoga Teacher

    Fenella/Nell has been teaching for over 35 years from young children through to older adults.  Her style is Hatha Flow and each class offers a different theme. She has 3 morning classes and the very popular More Men on the Mat is on Monday evenings.

    Nell also has a very successful online platform for those that need yoga on the go.

    Life Coach

    Mark is a qualified and experienced Coach, accredited with the EMCC, with a background in  education and HR.  People who contact Mark are often in "midlife", juggling family commitments, work/life balance, perhaps ready to retire. It can be an overwhelming and confusing time.

    Mark offers a safe, supportive space, online or locally in person, to explore what this key time of life means for you.

    Karen is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach and Reiki Master Teacher.

    She will help you to connect to your infinite potential and to realise and strengthen your inner resources, enabling healing, growth and transformation.
